Dan leads Deloitte’s work in sport around the world and heads up the firm’s specialist Sports Business Group. Dan has spent the last 20 years working full time as a professional adviser to the sports industry. He advises high profile clients including clubs, leagues, governing bodies, governments, agencies, investors and commercial partners on issues including strategic, commercial, financial, regulatory, organisational and structural matters. He is a regular speaker and expert commentator on sports business and edits Deloitte’s Annual Review of Football Finance and the Football Money League.
Vinay Shenoy heads YouTube’s global programs that attract, develop and retain partners. Vinay has close to 18 years of Broad International Experience (US, EU, APAC) across different roles spanning C-Level Strategy, CXO Engagement, Global Scaled Operations, Sales, Cross-functional and Cross-cultural Value Partnerships. Previously he has worked in senior leadership roles as Country Head, UKI Customer Success Acceleration at Google, Corporate Strategy at HP, and Consulting/Strategy roles at SAP.
Geralyn White Dreyfous
Geralyn White Dreyfous is an Academy Award winning producer with a wide, distinguished background in the arts. Geralyn's independent executive producing and producing credits include the Academy Award winning BORN INTO BROTHELS (2004); Academy Award nominated and Peabody Award winning THE INVISIBLE WAR (2012), Academy Award nominated and Emmy Award winning THE SQUARE (2013), and Emmy Award winning 16 SHOTS (2019) as well as multiple festival winners and nominees.
Nadia Vinokur has over twelve years of professional experience working in market research, insight and strategy in the US and UK - specialising in media, technology and the broadcast sectors. She graduated from LSE in 2011 with an MSc in Media and Communication and has spent the past nine years working at the BBC. At the BBC, Nadia has held a number of roles and worked across different platforms, services and business areas, providing analysis and developing long-term strategic direction at departmental and corporate level based on analysis of market trends, competitor developments, technological change and audience behaviours.
Slava Vladimirov is a co-founder and EVP at Aperture Media Partners. Aperture is a media finance, advisory and production company focused on feature films and episodic entertainment. The company is behind financing of such films as The Trial of Chicago 7, 1917, John Wick series, Atomic Blonde and Zookeeper’s Wife among many others. While at Aperture, Mr. Vladimirov executive produced such films as The Trial of Chicago 7, Marauders and Beast of Burden. Prior to Aperture Media Partners, Mr. Vladimirov was at McKinsey and Company. While at McKinsey, Mr. Vladimirov consulted global corporations on matters of operational improvements, marketing strategy and corporate development, specializing in the Media and Telecom industry. Mr. Vladimirov holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson
Ed Lopez is responsible for product and marketing strategy for VanEck Vectors® ETFs. He has over 20 years of marketing and product management experience within the financial services industry. Prior to joining VanEck, he served as Director of ETF Strategies and Product Intelligence at Rydex Investments and as Senior Product Manager with Ibbotson Associates. He is an ETF industry expert, spokesperson, and frequent panelist at industry conferences.
John Patrick Lee
John Patrick Lee provides product management support focusing on international equities, international bonds, municipal bonds, and industry ETFs. He looks after business management of VanEck's existing ETF lineup, market strategy and positioning, and product development. He is a specialist of the VanEck Vectors Video Gaming and eSports ETF. Prior to joining VanEck, he served as Investment Advisor Representative with Dorsey Wright Money Management.

Se in Miami Film Festival, Austin Film Festival, Buenos Aires Film Festival, El Sol de Iberoamérica, Cannes Film Festival, Festival de Cine de Lima amongst others.
David Sabel is an independent producer working across theatre, television and film through his newly launched company, Sabel Productions. He is currently completing post production on a new film version of Romeo and Juliet with the National Theatre which will premiere on Sky and PBS in April 2021. He was previously the Director of Creative Development at London Theatre Company as a founding member of the team that launched the Bridge Theatre. For eight years, David was the Director of Broadcast and Digital at the National Theatre where he created NT Live and produced a number of award-winning documentaries and the National’s fiftieth-anniversary gala broadcast live on BBC and served as Executive Producer on the feature film of London Road. He trained as an actor at Northwestern University and Jacques Lecoq and received an MBA from Cambridge University.
Sebastian Guttmann is an LBS alum (Sloan Fellowship programme 2014-2015) with extensive experience in brand/franchise management from strategy and positioning to monetisation and diversification. During his time at Warner Bros. he drove the development of licensing of the combined content portfolio of Warner Bros., Turner and Hannah Barbera (including content such as Looney Tunes, DC Comics superheroes, Tom & Jerry…). Out of London Business School, he then consulted for several Fortune 500 companies including entertainment groups BBC, NBC Universal and mobile gaming start-ups. Since 2017, Sebastien has worked at the head of a Global marketing agency, where he uses media content/franchises and storytelling to design physical and digital promotional campaigns for major CPG or luxury brands which aim at engaging consumers and grow their sales revenues and brand exposure.
Iana is an ex consultant (Oliver Wyman) and current googler who works on Gaming vertical in YouTube. She has worked on projects across Middle East, Europe and Asia. Iana will be happy to share her experience working in the overlap between gaming and streaming and give some relevant professional advice.
Nancy Tarr is an adjunct lecturer in the Music Industry department at SUNY Oneonta (the largest music industry program in New York state and a Billboard "Top 20 Music Business Program") and the Executive Director of Well Dunn (a music nonprofit that works to increase socioeconomic diversity of the music and entertainment industry with mentorship and internship programs). She is also studying how to use music as a vehicle for social change at the Cooperstown Graduate Program. Tarr is a certified Avid Learning Partner (can teach ProTools at the college level) and a Certified ProTools operator and has dedicated the last five years of her career to increasing the diversity of the music industry by providing access and opportunities to college students through volunteer opportunities, paid internships, providing backstage access, meet and greets and networking opportunities.
Andrea Tartaglia is a Global Brand strategist who has served in leadership roles for some of the largest media conglomerates, including The Walt Disney Company, Universal Pictures International and 20th Century Fox. Andrea has focused his career on international/global Brand development (for Brands such as Disney, Star Wars and Marvel, among others) content distribution, marketing, sales, organizational design and general management in a variety of businesses including, Media, Movies, Publishing, Themed Entertainment, Consumer Products and Games.
Mei-Ling Rider is the Marketing Director of G2 Esports and is responsible for the ongoing marketing efforts for the company. Her main focus is to also help the organisation replicate its commercial success in Europe into the American market, as the brand continues to expand. Mei has over 15 years’ experience in the marketing industry and made the switch from RedBull Salzburg, where she was Global Head of Media and Audience Marketing for almost five years. Previously, Mei also worked as Head of Marketing and within the marketing departments at Sony Music, MTV, Metro, VICE Media and Telegraph Media Group.
Danny Engels is the Head of Esports Operations at G2 Esports and is responsible for all operations in the esports department running smoothly and are best-in-class to ensure that the teams and players win as many World Championship titles as possible. Danny has been at G2 since 2017, where he was Head of Team Operations and initially Manager of G2’s Fernando Alonso Racing project as well.
Previously, Danny was a Professional Sim-Racing Gamer at SK Gaming where he has won multiple national and international championship titles as well as a real BMW M6 in the Intel Racing Tour 2007. Danny graduated in IT Management in 2013 and gained professional management experience in the Chamber of Craft in Trier, Germany as well as the University of Trier. Additionally, Danny lectures Esports Team Management at the Hochschule für angewandtes Management.
